Guest DJ C'est La Vie - May 21

"DJ C’est La Vie (meaning “That’s Life” in French) is a DJ based in the Inland Empire/Southern California area. Mixing genres such as; Hip Hop, Soul, Funk, Old School, Eclectic Vibrations, Reggae, Dancehall, R&B, and Top 40 (radio), she has proven to be well diverse and ready to take on any crowd. She can rock a nightclub or party while also standing tall and shining in the Indie/Underground music scene.

Her inspiration came from her background in music. Growing up, she listened to many genres of music and also played the Alto Saxaphone.  Her passion for music never died and in 2005 she purchased her first set of turntables and began an intense search for vinyl. Fast forward to 2008; she was ready to make her first official DJing debut. Since Nov. 2008 she’s been working diligently at DJing while leaving her mark along the way. She has played at well-known events/venues in the Inland Empire and LA area such as The Vibe (The Common Ground), Machine Pomona (LionLIke/The Concept), Sevilla (MoreFire), The Glasshouse, The Fox Theater, Blu Monkey Lounge (BubbleGumLA), The Roxy, and more"

“Music is a dichotomy of stillness and motion, it is my job as a DJ to provide the vibe that moves people from one extreme to the other.”
